Thank you for purchasing one or many portable capstan winches. As a Thank You gift, we are happy to offer you an additional year of warranty, absolutely free!
How? Nothing could be easier, simply complete the form below and press the 'submit' button. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an automated message that confirms your registration. Print the message and keep it with your original invoice as these documents will be required to claim warranty services.
Please note that only the winches registered before the expiration date of the regular warranty are eligible for the extended warranty.
Note that winches purchased on behalf of a company are considered under the Commercial Use category. The applicable regular warranty is therefore 1 year. By registering your winch, you will get a 2nd year, for a total of 2 years! If the invoice for your winch is made under the name of an individual and not a company, you must complete this form.
Registering your product allows us to better serve you and/or your dealer in the event that technical or warranty assistance is needed. We guarantee that the information provided will be used only by Portable Winch Co. We will not sell or make your information available to any other company for any reason.

IMPORTANT: You cannot register more than one winch at a time, so you must submit one form per winch.
Fields marked by an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
The serial number of your winch is stamped on the serial number plate riveted to the gearbox. Refer to the list below for the first 2 digits of your model:
- PCW3000: Begins with 30, 31, 32 or 35
- PCW3000-Li: Begins with 32
- PCW4000: Begins with 60
- PCW5000: Begins with 10 or 13
- PCW5000-HS: Begins with 11 or 14
- PCH1000: Begins with 20, 21 or 23
- PCH2000: Begins with 24
- PCT1800: Begins with 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 or 45
