General terms and conditions

We want to cooperate with our business friends on the basis of mutual goodwill. The following
provisions shall be taken as a basis.


Agreements:
All agreements and promises as well as deviations from the following agreements require after legal force
our written counterconfirmation. This also includes, in particular, the purchasing conditions of our business partners.


Terms of delivery:
1. our prices are subject to change and non-binding, ex warehouse Nüziders, Austria.
2. agreed prices, conditions and delivery times become binding for us only by our written confirmation.
3. for small orders under € 37.00 net, a processing surcharge of € 4.00 plus the postage costs incurred will be charged.

Events of force majeure, including shortage of raw materials, delayed or defective delivery of goods, transport difficulties,
strikes, etc., shall release us from the agreed delivery periods or from the agreed delivery terms.
Claims for damages of any kind due to late or defective delivery cannot be asserted.

Assembly / Commissioning:
Our prices do not include assembly and commissioning. Separate agreements must be made regarding these costs.
